1. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange facility under the following conditions:

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 Days of product delivery.
  • Exchange is applicable only for KalinKally branded products.
  • Products must meet eligibility conditions mentioned below.

2. Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

The following items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable:

  • Surprise Goods / Mystery Items
  • Products bought under clearance sale or heavy discount
  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery

Note: These items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.


3. Exchange Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and labels intact
  • Free from stains, perfumes, or damage

KalinKally reserves the right to reject an exchange request if the product fails inspection.


4. Refund Policy (Store Credit Only)

At KalinKally, we do not provide direct refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods.

All approved refunds are processed only in the form of:

Refunds may be approved only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Missing item in the order
  • Product unavailable after order confirmation
  • Exchange not possible due to stock unavailability

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The amount will be credited to your KalinKally Wallet within 5–7 business days
  • Wallet balance can be used for future shopping on our website

Note: Wallet credit is non-transferable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.


6. Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery is provided on eligible orders
  • Exchange shipping charges (if applicable) may be borne by the customer depending on the case

7. How to Request an Exchange or Refund

  • Order Number
  • Product Details
  • Reason for request
  • Photos/videos (in case of damage or wrong item)
